5 Day Introduction to Moving Water
Description: A full on week where our coaches will guide you through the basics of white water paddling. Using a variety of different venues in North Wales we will hone your boat control skills to give you the confidence to tackle white water. The course will look at different aspects of manoeuvring your boat in and out of eddies, how to run a rapid, river safety and how to prevent capsizes.
