5 Day Improvers White Water
Description: A week of improving your skills on moving water. Our coaches will use a range of venues within North Wales to make sure you get the best from the course. The emphasis will be on improving boat control. We will start to introduce more advanced and efficient strokes to allow you to perfect your breakouts and break-ins. We will also look at line selections, safety, play boating and how to safely run a river.
